Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you submit. That may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, county, ZIP code, estimated acreage, how thick the brush is, requested service, timeline, preferred callback window, and project description. If you add photos of the brush, we store those images in Google Drive so the owner can review the job. New photos stay private to the business and the people who receive the lead. They are not published on this website. Photos saved before this change may still open for anyone who has an older link, until the owners restrict those files. We keep submitted photos with the quote until you ask us to delete them, or until the owners set a shorter retention period and this page is updated.

AI chat and voice

If you use the website chat assistant, what you type is sent to our AI service provider to generate a response. If you use the voice button, the audio from that conversation is sent to the same kind of provider. Chat and voice are for general service questions. The assistant can be wrong. A quote comes only from the callback form or a phone call. Do not submit passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive data through chat or voice.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how quickly they load, whether the quote form is completed and whether a phone link is tapped. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects device, browser and approximate location information. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or project description to either service. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review your project, respond to your request, communicate about potential or active work, operate the chat assistant and protect the website from spam or abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, deliver form submissions, provide AI-generated chat responses or communicate with you.

Retention and security

We retain quote information as reasonably necessary for business records and customer follow-up. The chat endpoint asks the AI provider not to store the response history for reuse. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical controls to reduce unauthorized access and spam.

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by calling (903) 833-3965.
